How can I update the personal information linked to my Real Account?
Your Real Account is connected to the identification document you submitted during the verification process.
If you need to update the registered name on your account, please provide a valid government-issued ID reflecting the new details for verification.
To update your email address, contact us at info@otsogroup.com and include a selfie of yourself holding your ID. This step helps us confirm your identity and maintain the highest level of security for your account.
What should I do if I suspect my account has been compromised?
If you believe your account may have been accessed without your permission, we recommend updating your password immediately. Please note that this can only be done if you still know your current password or have access to the email address linked to your account.
If you no longer have access to your registered email because it has also been compromised, please reach out to us using an alternative email at info@otsogroup.com so our team can assist you further.

Do you accept US clients?
Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to onboard clients who reside in the United States.
