Will I be charged a dormancy fee if my account remains inactive?
Yes. A dormancy fee applies only if your account has had no activity for more than 90 consecutive days.
An account is considered dormant when there has been no trading activity, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, new account openings, or any registration-related actions during this period.
When an account becomes dormant, any bonuses, promotional credits, or reward points linked to it will be automatically removed. A monthly fee of USD 10 will be charged to dormant accounts.
If your available balance is less than USD 10, the full remaining balance will be deducted instead. No charges will apply if your available balance is zero.
What is the minimum lot size for standard lot accounts?

- 1 Standard lot = 100,000 units
- Minimum trade volume = 0.01 lots
- Maximum trade volume = 50 lots
