What is the minimum I can deposit or withdraw?
The minimum deposit for all account types is $20, while the minimum withdrawal amount is $100. However, the minimum amount varies depending on the payment method.
Can I make a withdrawal whenever I need to?
Yes. As long as your account is verified, you can request a withdrawal from your available balance at any time.
Can I deposit or withdraw funds using someone else’s account?
No. For security and regulatory reasons, we do not allow deposits or withdrawals through accounts that are not registered under your name.
All deposits must come from your own payment accounts, and withdrawals will always be returned to the original source of funds.
Will I still be able to withdraw funds if the credit or debit card I used to deposit has expired or been cancelled?
If the card you used for your deposit has expired or been cancelled, but the underlying bank account remains active, your withdrawal will still be processed as usual in line with our standard payment-priority procedure.

Can I transfer funds from my account to another client’s trading account?
No, transfers to another client’s trading account are not permitted. Funds can only be transferred between your own verified accounts.
Can I withdraw funds while having open positions?
Even if you have open positions, you can still withdraw funds from your available balance. However, we strongly recommend monitoring your margin ratio to avoid potential liquidation caused by insufficient margin.
Please also review the relevant disclaimers (refer to Clauses 4.8 and 4.9) when submitting a withdrawal request.
What can I do if my bank account is closed and can no longer accept funds?
If your bank account has been closed and can no longer accept transfers, please email us a bank-issued document confirming the closure at info@otsogroup.com.
Make sure the document includes your bank account number and the date of issuance.
Once received, we will remove the closed account from your withdrawal options to prevent future issues.
If you have already submitted a withdrawal to this closed account and the payment has been processed, please forward the same bank confirmation document to us, and our team will assist you in tracking and recovering the funds.
Which currencies can I deposit in?
You can make deposits in USD. Any funds you deposit will be automatically converted into the base currency of your trading account.
